J-Town High School Football Fundraisers:

 

Here are our dates for the fundraisers we will be using this year:

 

Saturday July 25th - Youth Football Jamboree   (We will need all hands on deck from 7am-9pm this date)

     *We will need parents rotating out working on taking tickets and working concessions.

     *Contact Coach Stonebraker at coachstoneyjtown@gmail.com to get signed up.

     *Players will be organized into various groups for their duties.

 

Saturday August 29th - Trivia Night

      *We will work this fundraiser through the J'town HS Alumni Association.

     *We will need 8 workers for scoring, pull-tabs, projector, etc.

     *We will also need to get round sponsors for $50 per round.

     *Can also add a silent auction if we can get items. 

     *Details to come on location and time.  Alumni Association will get 10% of gross.

 

Saturday October 10th - Texas Hold 'Em Tournament 

     *We will work this fundraiser through the J'town HS Alumni Asociation.

     *We will need 8 workers.

     *We may get table sponsors.

     *Can also add a silent auction if we can get items.  

     *Details to come on location and time.  Alumni Association will get 10% of gross.

 

All Varsity Home Games - J'Town HS Alumni Association 50/50 split the pot

   

December TBA - Holiday Bazaar

     *Will need a ton of organization and then players to help.
